I started the pool process in Nov/Dec of 2022. I was given a dig date of late Feb- early March 2023. Jeremy came out, answered all my questions and was very professional through the entire process. From contract, to design, permits; everything was smooth. Even though there were some weather interruptions, we still got started with the project almost right on time. Each phase happened in the order it was explained from measuring out the pool and layout markings, to excavation, decking, liner install and pool school. The *only* reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the inconsistent communication I experienced. I did have to do some “chasing” when things got off track due to weather or other projects in the line up that affected mine, but this was my experience and might have been a “one off”. Even during those times, everyone was very professional when we did speak. The communication piece was important to me due to scheduling and other commitments. Other than that, this would have been 5 stars EASY! There were no surprise “fees”. The only cost that was variable was the electrician since I had extra “asks”. Overall, I signed my contract in November and we opened the pool Memorial Day weekend just in time for the unofficial start of Summer. Jeremy, Bob and Leroy worked hard to get me done and they did! Thanks again! Pool Specs:Salt Water Filtered, 16Wx32L , 3.5ft to 6ft in depth, Vinyl Liner. Five feet of concrete all around with an extension on the shallow end of 6ft. The patio is 20x20. Lifesaver fence was not provided by PPS, I purchased it separately. Cost was approx $2k. Well worth it since I have a 6 year old autistic son.

Premier Pools and Spas service is second to none. Leroy, Jeremy, and Bob were the Dream Team. This group was very responsive and communicated throughout the entire pool building process. Bob showed up on day 1 for the digging and stated "We will hold your hand" and they did. Leroy helped us to narrow down and match the pool tile, travertine, and the trim tile; beautiful. Jeremy was available each time we had questions and was present on the job site throughout the entire process. I believe in the saying "You pay for what you get". The equipment is top notch and they used premier materials. Bob, Leroy, and Jeremy were both visible onsite throughout the process. Please reach out to this company if you are deciding to purchase a pool.

Our pool purchase experience was exceptional. Jeremy Womack was our first point of contact, who clearly presented our plan. Jeremy Womack was great! We didn’t know where to start or what a pool would look like in our backyard because of the major sloping. Jeremy came up with a fabulous pool design that made the needed retaining wall and steps look like beautiful decoration and made the sloping disappear! And when we thought we couldn’t get any kind of pool because of our soil, Bob found a way to make it happen with piers. Then Leroy helped us with forming out the decking which brought our entire backyard together. Jeremy, Bob and Leroy were always checking on the process and made sure everything was moving along well and being done correctly. The workers were diligent and always kept our backyard free from trash. I highly recommend you go see Jeremy of Premier Pools and Spa Locust Grove!

We had a great experience with Premier Pools. We love our hot tub and pool! We did a lot of research before choosing this company. Prices were reasonable and Bob, the owner is amazing! Genuinely a great guy! He will always be honest with you and help you get the product you deserve. If you are looking for a great pool and great experience, i recommend going with Premier!
